W8 is a small item designed to take its place beside a settee (as a pedestal table) or bed (bedside table).W8 establishes a very successful graphic dialogue between the various materials used as well as the various shapes, a solid base in a rounded conical shape made from turned grey Tuscan stone, from which springs forth a slim black lacquered flat steel structure on which the upper top seems to levitate.
