The Rhythmus woven rugs have backgrounds in sober colours enlivened by a repetition of horizontal stripes, themselves segmented into two, three or four parts and sometimes divided in two along their length.Peter Maly thus successfully creates a geometric rhythm underscored by the subtle tones of the various parts of the lines.
