Position Opened: Showroom Manager, Location: Bangalore

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Reporting to Business Head.
  • Introduce every walk in to the Brand Poliform. 
  • Explain USPs of Kitchen and Bedrooms. 
  • Explain Product of sofas, day systems etc 
  • Understand and learn complete Product range and Price List of showroom display 
  • Visitor details to be entered in Visitors book 
  • Customer and Architect requirements to be captured before design is made 
  • Team player and to coordinate with Design Team 
  • Undertake presentations and negotiations with prospective customers 
  • Ability to suggest product mix that address customer needs 
  • Update daily and weekly reports about status of enquiries/walk ins 
  • Keep track of customer accounts 
  • Manage payment collection by coordinating with customers 
  • Target oriented professional with Managerial acumen

The BDM needs to ensure an increase in Economic growth of the organization within his assigned territory. Reporting to Business Head.

  • To build relationship with top architects, interior designers and builders 
  • Undertake presentations and negotiations with prospective customers 
  • Generate leads for sales 
  • Identify likely selling points for sales 
  • Ability to suggest product mix that address customer needs 
  • Manage to service all customers with necessary requirements 
  • Keep track of customer accounts 
  • Manage payment collection by coordinating with customers 
  • Submit weekly report summaries 
  • Tabulate expenditures 
  • May require domestic travel to get business leads 
  • Target oriented professional with Managerial acumen 
  • Proficiency into breaking into Competitors accounts 
  • Achieving targeted goals quarter on quarter 
  • Deep understanding of the product portfolio 
  • Track competitors prices, product differentiation, USPs 
  • Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep updated on changes in the industry
